File upload field (as image upload field)

Is there any ‘file upload’ field, as there is an ‘image’ upload field? even a plugin

Not that I know of, but you could create a custom field yourself or use a select.

BTW. What do you mean with image upload field? The image field doesn’t have upload functionality (or am I missing something)?
