Good morning and a happy new year!
I am relatively new to Kirby and in my website I would like use the panel to add blog articles. When I add them manually, I use a filenaming convention like “20200105_my-first-blog-post”, which is useful as I can see on filesystem level when a blog post was created and it is sorted automatically in sequential order (latest to oldest).
But when I use the panel, I only have the option to choose “1” (or “2”, if there is already a blog article beginning with “1”).
Any idea if this can be tackled?
Thanks in advance for any feedback.
All the best,
Stephan
You can set a numbering scheme for pages in your blueprint:
If your blog posts use a blueprint called article.yml
, you would set this there, use the name of the field that contains the date.
