Converting list element issue when starts with number

If a sentence starts with a number, Kirby converts it into a list. Is there a solution to this for end users?

For example:

21. The President said: Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit.

Output:

[lukaskleinschmidt]

You can escape it like this

21\. The President said: Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit.

[ahmetbora]
