after I just try to find myself in Kirby Cms, I wanted to inquire whether it is possible checkboxes different CSS class to assign to change the look of the checkboxes differently

You can use a custom Panel stylesheet to override any style you want. 
Thank you for the fast answer. I was concerned about the checkboxes in the frontend and not in the backend
