I want to apply background Image only on panel login page as I apply background image on the panel login page it is been applied throughout the panel site and every page has the same background.
You have to apply your background image to the correct element, i.e. k-login-view. You will have to make some further changes to the height of the element to get a background-image that covers the full viewport.
