My first question here is: Why? Is there anything Facebook does very well that Twitter and the blog don’t?
The problem of additional social network pages is that you always need to check if something is happening there. Maybe someone asks a question or needs support etc. This is why having more support channels isn’t always better for the product. The more you have, the less time you have to actually help people and also to work on your product.
