I am building my website, and I want to add a few links to my ‘About’ section. I have a textbox as displayed below, but I have to manually add anchor tags and line-breaks. Is there any way that I can achieve the same without inputting HTML?

Yes, you can use Kitbytext for that
You should not need to enter linebreaks tho… are you outputting it useing ->kt()? Seems like your just outputting the raw value with it getting parsed.
If you click on the link icon, you can insert a link via a dialog, this also works for internal links.
However, to make this more comfortable and select internal page links via dialog, you can use the Enhanced toolbar link dialog plugin: Enhanced Toolbar Link Dialog | Kirby CMS
