The session storage directory "/opt/lampp/htdocs/emma-kirby/site/sessions" is not writable

I am trying to access the panel on a back up of my Kirby project. I get this error. I have been trying to edit the file permissions for the file mentioned this did not work.

I changed the permissions in the site/sessions folder and this fixed it.
