Structure Field with Checkboxes, Text Field and Inline Edit

How would you create a structure like this:

I assume that must me some sort of custom field?

I guess it’s somewhat possible with the structure field, but the lack of inline editing slows data input down. Or did I overlooked something?

There is no built-in way for inline editing. That would indeed require a custom field.
