Kirby 2.5.3 is here!

Update 2: This is now fixed in Kirby 2.5.4.

UPDATE: It seems there is an issue with the site options in the new release. We are going to fix it asap. Sorry!!

@lukasbestle did a tremendous job taking care of this next release and has added some nice features. As we promised, we committed to a more regular schedule for Kirby 2 releases and so we are going to constantly release new versions every 4-6 weeks.

Due to an issue with site files that unfortunately slipped in, there will be a 2.5.4 hotfix soon, in the meantime the issue is fixed on the development branch.

Got caught halfway through updating a client’s site… Don’t want to deliver it with the 2.5.3 tag, just to have to update it again in right afterwards… Is the 2.5.4 release just a few hours away, or a few days? - either is fine, just need to time myself! :wink:
