How to Set a Default Title for New Pages?

Hi all! Does anyone know whether it’s possible to setup a default value for a page title?

No idea, the first thing I’d try is a page.create:before hook.

Edit: But no, that probably won’t work.

Other idea: inject a title with custom JS
