Hash behind links Css/Js and images (SEO)

On getkirby.com I have the following attachment in the source code behind each image, CSS and JS:

bla.css?v=60829a13
bla.png?width=1280&fit=1&v=0e31fb84b4-1618513653

Google/Lighthouse also shows me that this is missing.
Does anyone have an idea how I can implement this?
