Background image question

Hi I have a question.
What is the best practice for adding a background image to a page that will be changeable in Kirby cms?

How do I do it in css then I won’t be able to change this image using the panel? So the only solution is to do it with an IMG tag?

Styles can be added in a separate stylesheet file, or in your HTML, so the latter option would be the right place for something that needs to change at runtime.
