Add element (such as <cite>) to selected image at textarea add file button

I use the attributes at the textarea image select, such as this imgclass option:

(image: image.jpg imgclass: center)

I would like to add a citation <cite>photographer’s name</cite> below the caption on images to, for instance, cite the photographer of a given image, so…

(image: image.jpg citation: Nikky Canon)

I have looked but haven’t found a method to add an element, and seek help.
