Thumbs in page folder
I think this is a better way for storing thumbs…

The main reason is that they will be cleaned up when a page is deleted. Another reason is that the filenames don’t collide when they are in a page folder.

About file names
Because I’m not a robot I like to see the size instead of a hash, at least for debuging.
