Clean installation. First entering the panel.
Error: “The accounts directory could not be created”.
All rights are set: files 644, folders 755.
Gave all folders permission 777. Worked to the next step.
That’s not really recommended. Then the problem is rather an file/folder ownership problem, files/folders should belong to the webserver (Apache) user, usually www-data.
