Page hangs when user has site permission set to false

I just want to report a bug I found. Well not sure if it’s considered a bug really.

How to replicate

  1. Create a user.yml file on your site/blueprints/users/ folder.

  2. Add the permission setting site: false

  3. Try to login in the panel and it will make the page hang.
