# Kirby Licence - The license has been validated too often

Hey Kirby - Users,  
I purchased a kirby 3 licence.

I activated the license on my local dev server (Mamp).  
After i copied the kirby installation on the real sever, i got a message “unregistered version”.  
If i try to register with my license again, i got another message “The license has been validated too often”.  
I looked into the license file and i saw this domain: “domain”:“localhost:8888/k3\_wach”, which is my local domain.

i have tried a few things:  
change the domain name,  
delete the license file,  
but unfortunately without success

Is it possible to disconnect the license from the local domain?
