I have started to use Kirby, and somehow got distracted by developing my first plugin for it.
Available via GitHub, Kirby-Cache-Widgets shows two widgets in the panel that allow you to monitor (and flush) the opcode cache ad the object cache. More details in my github repo. Enjoy!
