Issue with a k3-pagemethods plugin for getNext Method. IndexOf(this) = null

Hey.
I am remaking my own website and by doing that i ran into a issue with k3-pagemethods plugin.
The Page is a simple Portfolio. On each Case/Project page is a snippet that links you to the next or the previous page. That for I use the getNext Method from the plugin, but it spits out this error:

Removing plugin and snippet, it works just fine.
Any idea where I could start investigating?

The plugin should still work for my version, right? (3.5.7.1)
The Page has 2 languages.

Those methods are no longer needed, because passing arguments to prev()/next() is now possible.
