Is it possible to prevent switching language for user blueprint fields?

Can you disable language switching for all fields in a user (or other) blueprint, rather than setting translate: false on each individual field, so that Panel admins don’t have the option to even use the field language switcher.

This is not referring to the user language (under the role and email address), but only the additional blueprint fields below (next to ‘Settings’)?

There is no blueprint setting for this. What you could do is hide the language switcher via a custom Panel stylesheet.

This plugin introduces a singleLanguage option on a per blueprint basis, which then hides the language switcher:
