How to make outside-of-kirby-URLs to open in target:_blank?

Hi,

I’d like to set up any panel-inserted URL, which follows somewhere outside Kirby, to open with dignity in target:_blank mode.

Any ideas, Dear All?

Within the link, which is surrounded by round brackets, add " popup: yes".
