Is there such a thing as an extended support agreement, and if so, please can I get more information.

What exactly do you mean by extended support?
When dealing with technical partners we often sign some sort of service level agreement, that gives us access to support and assistance, within conditions defined by the agreement. Is there such an agreement offered for Kirby CMS.
