Deadlock errno=11

Hej,

getting this error on a fresh k4.1.1 install, running local via Valet on M2 Max / Sonoma 14.3.1.
The error pops after clicking on ‘System’ in the sidepanel.
After doing some googles I got to understand that this is basically a mac-specific problem(?) but I wanted to ask if this has already been reported or if my specific installation is corrupt.

Tbh I’ve never seen this error before and I also have no idea where this could come from. Did your Google results offer more details?
