Custom image for Kirby blocks

I want to make my own custom block types. But instead of showing small icons I would like to make custom images that are larger that the icons showing.

This is because I want to make a big list of custom blocks and visually the content editor can see better what a block is then only from a written name.

Is this possible?

I dont beelive that is possible (I could be wrong). An alternative would be to group the blocks which might work for you Blocks | Kirby CMS
