Conditional tabs?

Hi, I’ve upgraded from 3.10 to 5.0.3 my website. I’m fine tuning stuff. But this is such a great upgrade and I have the feeling I haven’t scratched the surface of all the new features yet.
On one of my main blueprint, I have several tabs depending of type of works presented and I was wondering, in order to speed up the editing process, if there is a conditional tabs feature within Kirby v5? Like when I click on a job category, for instance, “web”, the specific “web” tab would appear to add to very specific informations. Many thanks

I’m afraid I don’t really understand what you want to achieve.

What does this mean exactly?

I am not aware of any way to show/hide a tab using core features. However, you can work with conditional fields “when:”. Create a toggle field that then displays all relevant fields.

Thanks for your replies. @GB_DESIGN Yeah, I know this feature but I was wondering @texnixe if it was possible to do the same but with tabs as well?

No, this is not possible. But I don’t quite understand your use case. Why not use different blueprints if you need completely different tabs based on a category?

ok. My use case, is I have a graphic design portfolio with a lot of infos and to unclutter the screen estate, I’ve splitted within the same blueprint, the fields in many tabs. (check below)

For me, with conditions, it would be possible to show the print or web or signage tab, only if data are available. Currently, I’m pushing a bilingual version of my website and with 65 differents complex projects, I have to click on everytab eventhough some are empty. I thought that creating these conditions rules would be faster to translate part of the project without the need to open empty tab fields.
