Blueprint/panel – space as tags-separator

Hello again, folks.

I just read http://getkirby.com/blog/panel-tags-field and http://getkirby.com/docs/solutions/blog/tags and wondered if it’s possible (and clever?) to use ‘space’ as tag-separator.

I wasn’t able to try it, separator: ' ' was not accepted in my blueprint, it seems.

Could anyone help, please?

Thanks very much!

Why would you want to do that? I don’t know if it is even possible, but the issue I see here is with two or more word tags which already contain spaces …

The issue you see here would be a nice side-effect … that you only have one-word-tags … : )

And I think it’s easier to just hit space and the tag is completed instead of hitting comma. This is not just for me, but also I want to build the blueprints/panel-ui even more easy for new users …

(Maybe—I’m not sure about that—it’s also because I’m used to this behaviour from other tag fields …)

You can enter the tag and hit tab or enter, btw.

That’s good to know, thank you!
