A question about styling a border with css

Good morning,

after some time I have a question again.

Today I hope you can me help out with the styling of borders with css.

The new starterkit theme has a cool “xxx” content as a part of a line.

Is it possible to use this “xxx” content for a whole border of a content box? Instead of a normal line or dotted version.

I hope it is not written to complicate and someone can help me.

You might want to have a look at the border-image property.
